Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 7:30 & 8:30.
We are pleased to offer you a different breakfast on each day of your stay. Your first morning might
find you enjoying a stack of pancakes with cherries from our own trees topped with a decadent dob of
whipped cream. The next day you might wake up to an omelette made with your choice of local organic
ingredients. And every Sunday Malcolm makes a traditional English Breakfast – eggs, sausage, bacon,
beans, mushrooms, tomato, hash browns and toast! It will keep you going all day.
Every breakfast includes tea/coffee/hot chocolate, a choice of juices, fruit, baked goods and a hot
entrée. Cereal and yogurt is always available for those who wish it. Vegetarian and Gluten Free diets can
easily be accommodated (but please let us know in advance).
If you require an earlier breakfast we can make you up a Breakfast Bag to go.
Picnic Lunches
We have several picnic menus but can easily make substitutions or a made to order request.
All picnics come packed in a hamper with a blanket, cutlery and glasses (if you are staying with us that
evening) or alternatively, disposable items if you are on your way.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

During the summer season there are plenty of wonderful restaurants across the island and we will be
pleased to make recommendations. Some of our favourites are:

The Terre Rouge in Charlottetown
During the winter season with fewer local restaurants remaining open, we offer a nightly 3 course menu
for our guests. The price for dinner is $25 per person plus HST and must be booked at least 48 hours
in advance. Alternatively, “Brother’s 2” in Summerside is open all year round and offers an extensive
menu.
