Room Rates are for the Summer Period (19 June – 20 September) and are based on 2 people in the
room. The only room that can accommodate more than 2 is the Anderson Suite.
*Outside of the summer season rooms are discounted 20%.
*Rates are negotiable for longer stays or multiple rooms. We offer discounts for 3, 5 and 7 days and usually have monthly specials so please contact us.
Mulligan Room - $130 plus HST (14%)
The Mulligan Room is decorated in calming shades of blue with floral accents. It has two Single beds with a private bathroom (with a shower) just along the corridor. It has a view of the front garden and our vibrant Bing Cherry Tree. Awake to the songs of the birds in the trees.
Sudbury Room - $150 plus HST (14%)
The Sudbury Room is decorated in charming greens and yellows with floral and plaid accents. It has a Queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower. It has a view of the front garden and the magnificent sunsets.
Leard Room - $150 plus HST (14%)
The Leard Room is decorated in soft romantic pinks with floral and red accents. It has a Queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower. The room is slightly smaller than the Sudbury Room but boasts a larger shower, and a sink area separate from the ensuite for added convenience. The view is of the back gardens and woodland.
MacFarlane Room - $175 plus HST (14%)
The MacFarlane Room is decorated in creamy beige with plaid and floral accents. It has a Queen sized four poster bed and an ensuite with a shower. It is a larger room with a relaxing sitting area by the bay windows. Enjoy the view of the cows in the pasture or the barley blowing in the breeze.
Anderson Suite - $200 plus HST (14%); each additional person $35
The Anderson Suite occupies the third floor of the house. It is decorated in magnolia with autumnal accents. Skylights and windows allow for views on 3 sides of the house. The suite has a spacious King sized bed, as well as, 2 single beds. It is the perfect room for couples wanting some extra luxury or a family needing some extra room. The ensuite has both a shower and a claw footed bathtub, complete with an assortment of bath salts and bubbles. There is a settee for a relaxing read, a stereo, and a cozy nook for a cuddle. A baby cot and stair gate can be set-up prior to your arrival if necessary.

All guest rooms are on the second and third floors. At the current time we are not wheelchair accessible.
All mattresses are Simmons Beautyrest – guaranteed to give you a good night’s sleep. All of our bedding
is of a high quality with hypo-allergenic pillows, feather duvets and custom made comforters.

The Briarcliffe is dog friendly, however, we do only take one dog at a time and arrangements MUST be
made in advance. There is a $15 (plus HST) charge per day for your dog.
