Description If you are looking for a unique summer rental for you and your family or a group of friends, consider renting Briarcliffe Inn for a week or more. With 5 bedrooms, we can accommodate 10-12 people. Innkeepers Mary and Bill Kendrick will remain on-site in their own private quarters to provide whatever services you may require.
Features
The Basic Weekly Rental Package includes daily housekeeping services plus our daily gourmet breakfasts and concierge service. Guests have complete kitchen access, use of propane barbecue, lawn games, picnic table. Rate: $5000.00 + applicable taxes (10 guests)House can sleep 12 so if the additional people are children this rate will apply.
The Luxury Weekly Rental Package includes the above plus evening meals and concierge service. Rate dependent on number of guests and dinner menus.
Conditions
Renters must arrive on a Saturday after 3:00 pm and check out the following Saturday by 11:00 am....although dependent on bookings we may be able to be flexible with arrival and departure days.(eg. Monday to Monday etc)
