The Gathering Room

All our guests are invited to join us in the Gathering Room each evening at 9 p.m. for a complimentary glass of wine or refreshing glass of iced tea.

It's an opportunity to meet with other guests and hear a few war stories from Mary and Bill about the restoration of Briarcliffe and some advise on what adventures, views and sites you shouldn't miss while on Prince Edward Island.

If it is a nice night, which most are, we can sit out on the veranda overlooking Salutation Cove and enjoy the evening breeze, beautiful sunsets and pleasant conversations.

The Wilson Dining Room

Awaken to the aromas of fresh brewed coffee and other enticing smells from our kitchen. Come join us in the Wilson Dining Room for our unique gourmet breakfast experience.

We have created a 14 day breakfast menu which includes eggs benedict, oven baked apple pancakes, fruit blintzes, porterbello mushroom and gouda cheese omelettes just to mention a few.

Our Island made bacon, sausages, and ham is preservative free and our eggs are free range.
